The apartments are equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen cable TV. It made our stay very comfortable and convenient as we could relax and stay connected.

Personally, I found the blackout drapes/curtains in the room to be a bit too heavy. But I understand that some guests might enjoy the extra darkness for a good night's sleep.

The location is peaceful, situated near to the center and Lisbon and Botanical Garden, trendy Principe Real area and Avenida Liberdade. Helpful staff, no complaints.

The location of the City Stays Alegria Apartments was fantastic, with a short walk to the metro and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself had great facilities and was surprisingly quiet for a capital city. I also loved that there was a play park close by, as well as the botanical gardens and natural history museum.

All in all had comfortable experience for Lisbon visit.

Its location was marvellous, within a close distance from Rossio Square. Bed was soft. The host was always available.

Had a WONDERFUL stay for Lisbon visit. During the stay everything was fantastic and I got ironing as a compliment. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were available here. It had a great and particularly good setting really close to the nearest metro-station, the Center of Lisbon and Botanical Garden, trendy Principe Real area and Avenida Liberdade.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our Christmas trip. It was just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring the main areas very convenient.

The front door to the building was a bit difficult to open. It took us a few tries to figure out the timing of the electronic opener, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine.

There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and many of the attractions were within walking distance. The metro station, Avenida, was also close by, making it easy to get around. The apartment itself had three bedrooms, which was perfect for our group of five. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean, and the beds and sofa were extremely comfortable.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was absolutely top-notch and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
